Kathie Browne has been an attorney since 1985. She graduated at the top of her class, earned several academic achievement awards and served as an intern with Presiding Justice Arleigh Maddox Woods of the California Court of Appeal. Kathie has a J.D. degree from Southwestern University and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University. Kathie has a broad legal background, with expertise in estate planning, business and corporate law, employment law, real estate development, finance and construction law. She taught Construction Law at UC Riverside Extension.

Charitable activities include serving on the planned giving committees of Eisenhower Medical Center, McCallum Theater and the American Cancer Society. Kathie also is a past president of the Desert Estate Planning Council and served as a member of The Desert Sun Small Business Panel and was a Board Member of Desert AIDS Project. Kathie is a member of the State Bar of California, the Desert Bar Association and the Palm Desert Chamber Of Commerce.
