CHRISTINE C. WEINER is the principal of the law firm, Christine C. Weiner, APLC, headquartered in Dana Point, California. Ms. Weiner practices in the areas of tax and asset protection, business planning and estate planning. She has been practicing law for more than 30 years and is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) by the Exit Planning Institute. Ms. Weiner has spoken at many professional continuing education programs for National Business Institute. Ms. Weiner earned her B.A. degree from Washington State University, her M.A. degree from George Washington University and her J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law.

She serves as counsel to accountants, lawyers, financial planners, insurance professionals, charitable organizations and to the public. Ms. Weiner is a charter member of WealthCounsel, a prestigious group of nationally recognized estate planning professionals; a member of the State Bar of California and Orange County Bar Associations; Board member Exit Planning Institute, Orange County Chapter; a member of the Orange County Estate Planning Council; and STEP Society of Trust and Estate Planners member.
